Miss Katilyn was my first senior to kick off 2016.  

Beautiful, sweet and driven are just a few words I’d use to describe her.  I enjoyed getting to know her and watching her personality shine as the shoot progressed.  Katilyn had an entourage – her little twin sisters and her parents came and that made it even more fun.  I think it’s so admirable when both parents want to be involved in the session, because after all – it is a pretty big deal.  Graduating from high school only happens once and so do these memorable senior shoots.  Katilyn had some fun ideas and we may have gone through an entire bag of confetti to get the perfect shot, but it was worth it. 😉 

Katilyn, I know that this is just the beginning of many more celebrations for you!

favorite meal: Canes.  They have everything I’d ever want in one meal.

dream vacation: New York, when it’s snowing and the tress are lit up all over the city for the holidays. 

my best talent: Besides being awesome, I’m a pretty good dancer.

people would be surprised to know that: I enjoy writing poetry.

most influential person in my life:  My Mom inspires me the most. She has been my rock for so many years, and I strive to be as strong and independent as she is. 

I’m happiest when:  I feel as if I have impacted those around me in a positive way, and made a difference; especially when those people are my family.

Most prized possession:  My little sisters. They mean the world to me, and it’s such a blessing to be a role model in their lives. 

best childhood/high school memory:  Being announced Captain of my drill team in front of the entire crowd at my spring show.
